CMI Level 7 – Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership

This programme is suitable for middle to senior level managers, directors and business heads, who have up to 10 years of management experience. Managers who have the responsibility to translate organisational strategy into effective performance, the Level 7 qualifications require the manager to focus on the implementation of their organisational strategy whilst participating in the programme.

Participants in these programmes can earn a CMI-issued certification for an AWARD, a CERTIFICATE or a DIPLOMA in Strategic Management & Leadership depending on the numbers of the course modules offered.

Qualification Criteria

Each module can be studied on its own to earn an AWARD.

To achieve the CERTIFICATE, students MUST study enough modules to earn 13 credits.
